THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on Plaintiff’s Motion for protective order and to obtain expert witness fee for deposition and the Court having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the Premises, it is hereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion be, and the same is hereby Granted. Dr. Jeffrey Feiler, D.C. is entitled to an expert witness fee pursuant to Fla. Rule of Civ. Pro. 1.390(a) in the amount of $350 per hour, the first hour to be prepaid. The deposition shall take place at Dr. Feiler’s office at a time and date mutually coordinated by the parties.
