A Lee County school bus was involved in a crash with a Jaguar.
According to the San Carlos Park Fire Department, crews were dispatched to the intersection of Whispering Pine and US 41 northbound Wednesday morning just before 9 a.m.
The school bus was not transporting any children at the time of the crash.
SCPFD said that the driver of the Jaguar suffered minor injuries and was cited for following too close. The bus driver was transported as a precaution due to feeling dizzy afterwards.
