Maitland police responded to the crash around 8 on Thursday morning.
Drivers needing to travel east along Maitland Boulevard should avoid the area from the I-4 interchange to US-17/92.
Kennedy Boulevard in Eatonville and SR-436 in Altamonte Springs can be used as detours.
The westbound lanes of SR-414 are not impacted by the crash.
