Main Street bridge in Daytona Beach reopens after crash investigation

The Main Street bridge in Daytona Beach reopened after a crash shut the bridge down to traffic Saturday evening.

The Daytona Beach Police Department announced the road closure just after 6 p.m. Saturday on Facebook. Police had been asking people to avoid the area as their investigation continued. The road reopened by 9 p.m.

The number of vehicles involved and whether anybody was injured is not clear at this time.
