A man accused of sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl appeared in court on Monday in Miami-Dade County.
Detectives met with LAPF at the special victims’ bureau Sunday in Doral and he denied the accusations, but they didn’t believe him.
According to the arrest report, detectives believe PF, 37, who was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, abused the girl about seven years ago in Miami-Dade.
A judge denied PF’s bond. He faced a charge oflewd and lascivious molestation of a child younger than 12 years old, a second-degree capital felony.
Inmate records show correctional deputies held PF on Monday afternoon at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
