Police have charged a suspect after a woman was shot and killed at a Pinellas County home Sunday night.
The St. Petersburg Police Department said Jacob Ray Wallace, 28, shot his girlfriend Tiffany Jade Dickinson, 27, during an argument at their home on Freeport Avenue North around 11 p.m.
Wallace remained at the house and was taken into custody without incident, police said. Dickinson died at the scene.
The couple lived with Wallace’s 67-year-old mother as well as a 10-year-old boy and almost two-year-old girl, who were all at home during the time of the shooting. They were uninjured.
The girl is Wallace and Dickinson’s biological daughter.
Wallace was charged with second-degree murder.
