A man died after he was found lying in the street with “multiple stab wounds” on Monday night, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s office announced.
Deputies were called to 7570 46th Avenue North around 6:50 p.m. for reports of a man lying on the ground bleeding.
When deputies arrived, they found the man suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sheriff’s office said the investigation is still “very active” and ongoing, but there is no threat to the public.
