A 44-year-old Miami man died in a two-vehicle crash Saturday morning along Alligator Alley (I-75 northbound) near Mile Marker 73 in Collier County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 6:45 a.m.
Troopers said the man was driving a Kia Soul and collided with the rear of a Tesla. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gulf Coast News has reached out to see if anyone else was injured in the crash.
The FHP said the crash is under investigation.
