A man died after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night in Titusville, according to police.
The crash occurred around 9:22 p.m. on South Washington Avenue (U.S. 1), near Columbia Boulevard (State Road 405), the Titusville Police Department said on social media.
Bryan Jones, 68, of Titusville, was driving a 2011 Nissan northbound on S Washington Avenue when he rear-ended a 2005 Honda driven by a 57-year-old Cocoa man, the post states.
Jones died from his injuries after the crash, police said.
Preliminary findings indicate the Cocoa man was driving at a much slower speed than Jones when the crash occurred, according to the post.
An investigation is ongoing and is expected to take several weeks, the post states.
