A man was found dead in Jacksonville’s Longbranch neighborhood on Thursday.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, around 4:30 p.m., officers responded to East 21st Street about a person shot.
Police found a man with a gunshot wound. He was found dead at the scene.
The relationships of those involved are unknown, JSO said.
JSO is investigating.
Police believe this is an isolated incident, and there is no additional threat to the community.
