A man is in critical condition after multiple shots were fired Sunday night just before 7:30 p.m., according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a call reporting the incident. Detectives said shots were fired outside a residence in the 3700 block of Main Street in Midway.
According to detectives, two men exchanged words in the front yard of the residence before gunshots were heard.
A male in his 20s was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, SCSO said.
The suspect fled the scene in a dark gray sedan, according to the sheriff’s office.
Anyone with information related to the shooting is asked to call 911 or Crimeline.
