Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a shooting after a man was injured on Sunday afternoon in North Lauderdale.
The shooting was outside of a house along Southwest 71 Avenue and Fifth Street. Deputies suspected the shooting was accidental and said the man suffered non-life-threatening injuries. A witness said the victim was putting a gun, possibly in his waistband, when it discharged.
