A man on an electric scooter was taken to the hospital Sunday after being involved in a crash in northwest Miami, fire rescue officials said.
According to Miami Fire Rescue, the incident happened near Northwest Seventh Avenue and 17th Street.
Officials said they took the 28-year-old man to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
Video captured at the scene showed the electric scooter with some damage.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
