A man who was on house arrest won’t be having a McDonald’s happy meal for a while after he crashed his vehicle while drunk in the fast food restaurant’s drive-thru.
The Port St. Lucie Police Department (PSLPD) said a man’s love for deep-fried nuggets landed him in jail after he ran into the median curb while in the drive-thru, almost striking a palm tree.
After he was apprehended police learned he was on house arrest for robbery.
The police department didn’t name the suspect. He is currently being held at the St. Lucie County Jail.
