The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in Boynton Beach that left one man shot in the leg this afternoon.
The shooting occurred at the Reserve at Ashley Lake apartment complex in West Boynton Beach. Police dispatch received a call just before 5 p.m. of two people shooting at each other. When deputies arrived, they located a man with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was transported to a hospital.
A Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said the shooting does not appear to be random.
