The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office took M.B.D, 55, of St. Cloud, into custody Tuesday around 4:30 a.m.
According to authorities, B in Marathon driving in a Toyota and exceeding the speed limit, going more than 80 mph in a 35-mph zone.
Deputies said B attempted to evade them after they tried to pull her over. She was eventually taken into custody after authorities said she parked her car and attempted to hide near a vacation rental home located along 23rd Street.
They said the illegal actions did not stop there, though.
MCSO said that B made multiple threats to kill an arresting deputy.
She also kicked a detention deputy in the stomach while using racial slurs, authorities said.
B is facing felony charges for fleeing or eluding law enforcement and battery, as well as a misdemeanor charge for intimidation.
