A morning crash shut down both directions of US-1 at Virginia Avenue in Fort Pierce.
According to officers with the Fort Pierce Police Department (FPPD) officers the crash occurred before 6:30 a.m. and involved injuries.
The nature of the crash and the extent of the injuries are unknown at this time.
