A mother and her child were taken to the hospital on Wednesday following a domestic violence incident in Davie, police said.
According to Davie Police, officers arrived at the 8200 block of Griffin Road after receiving reports of a domestic violence incident that happened in a car.
The mother and child were taken to Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the suspect involved was identified. It’s unclear if that suspect was arrested.
An investigation is underway.
