The Florida Highway Patrol confirmed that one person died after a motorcycle crash in Miami-Dade County on Sunday afternoon.
FHP said the motorcycle was traveling on Krome Avenue when a gray Chevrolet pickup truck blocked its path, causing the crash.
According to FHP, two people were on the motorcycle — a man and a woman passenger.
Authorities said both were ejected. The woman died at the scene, and the man was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
