A 50-year-old Palm Bay man riding a motorcycle was killed Thursday morning in a crash with an SUV, according to Melbourne police.
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on Eau Gallie Boulevard near Stewart Avenue.
According to police, the SUV was heading east on Eau Gallie Boulevard and attempted a left turn in the path of the motorcycle, which was heading west, and the two collided.
The motorcyclist, identified as Roy Breault, of Palm Bay, was pronounced dead at the scene.
