A motorcyclist was hospitalized after being hit by a pickup truck Monday night in Miami.
According to police, the crash happened shortly before 8 p.m. in the area of Southwest 56th Avenue and Eighth Street.
Police said the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
The motorcyclist, meanwhile, was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center. His condition is unclear at this time.
