Multiple injured in crash on US 98 and Kelly Street

Florida Highway Patrol responded to a vehicle crash on US 98 and Kelly Street on Monday evening.

According to FHP, shortly after 6 p.m., a jeep was traveling north on Kelly Street. It entered the intersection of US 98 and collided with the front of a pickup truck that was traveling east.

Inside the jeep was a 30-year-old female driver, a 29-year-old male, an 11-year-old, and a 6-year-old child, all from Falkner, Mississippi.

The driver and the 6-year-old child are seriously injured, while the 29-year-old is critically injured. The 11-year-old child has minor injuries.

The 23-year-old female driver of the pickup truck and the 27-year-old male passenger, both from Panama City Beach, have sustained minor injuries.
