No injuries were reported after a fire damaged a home in Flagler Beach on Saturday morning, according to a news release.

Officials said that the Flagler Beach Fire Department, Flagler County Fire Rescue, Palm Coast Fire Department, and Volusia County Fire Rescue responded to a residential structure fire off Ocean Palm Drive around 6 a.m.

Responding fire crews found a single-story home with fire visible through the roof, according to the release.

After an interior attack of the fire, “fire conditions became untenable along with compromised structural integrity forcing firefighters to evacuate the structure and go into a defensive mode,” officials said.

The Fire Marshal’s office was contacted and the fire was determined to be “accidental in nature,” officials said.
