The St. Johns County Fire Rescue Department said no one was injured in a residential fire in the 5000 block of Pelican Way.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and found a heavy fire showing from the garage/carport area with an extension into the home.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
