One person is dead after a crash in Escambia County on Monday morning.
The incident occurred around 6:20 a.m. on Blue Angel Parkway and Millview Road.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, a Chevy Colorado pickup truck was traveling south on Blue Angel Parkway when it failed to navigate a curve to its left and drove off the roadway.
The truck collided with the tree line and caught fire.
“The single occupant did not exit the vehicle,” FHP says in a release. “Due to the extent of injuries, identification was not successful.”
No further details about the crash have been released.
