A 40-year-old Orange Park man was killed Sunday night in a crash on Doctors Lake Drive, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said that around 9:15 p.m., the man was headed south in an SUV on Doctors Lake Drive, approaching Admirals Walk Drive East, when he missed the curve and drove onto the southbound shoulder.
The SUV flipped, and the man, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle, FHP said.
He died from his injuries.
