A 32-year-old man faces charges in the stabbing death of his father on Monday evening, according to the Orlando Police Department.
At approximately 8:37 p.m., police said they arrived at 817 S. Ivey Lane and found a victim suffering from stab wounds.
Police said the victim, identified as 59-year-old HB, was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he later died.
According to a news release, a preliminary investigation revealed the 911 call came from the victim’s son, who stabbed his father “following an altercation.”
Police said they arrested the victim’s son, identified as Christopher Brown. He faces charges of second-degree murder with a weapon.
