Police in Orlando arrested a woman who got into a road rage incident with another driver, which allegedly ended with the woman beating the victim in the road.
AE 24, was arrested on Jan. 3 in the area of Conroy Road and Millenia Boulevard, near the Mall at Millenia.
Police say E claims the Target Supercenter parking lot when the female driver of the other car ran a stop sign to cut her off and laughed at her. She claims the woman then cut her off again on Millenia Boulevard. Then, on Conroy Road, E said the other driver caused the two to crash near the eastbound exit to I-4.
According to her arrest report, E said she went to the driver of the other car, who tried to kick her at least twice through the driver’s side window. E claims she batted both kicks away, then the driver got out and tried to take a swing at her. E told police she hit the driver and held her down on the ground until police arrived.
The victim, however, claims E is the one who cut her off, and when the two turned onto Conroy Road from Millenia Boulevard, the victim told police that E threw a full soda bottle at the victim through the windows of the cars while they were moving. The victim claimed E then sped past her car, and the two vehicles collided at the I-4 exit ramp.
Police say the victim then claimed E punched her in the head through the driver’s window, opened the car door, dragged the victim onto the grass, and punched her again.
Police say a witness did report seeing E cut the other driver off, causing the collision, and saw E opening the victim’s car door, pulling her out of the vehicle, and punching her several times.
E faces charges of burglary of a conveyance with assault and battery, two more charges of battery, and a charge of throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle.
