A 20-year-old Orlando woman was killed Thursday night when her motorcycle crashed on State Road 417 in Orange County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The fatal single-vehicle wreck happened around 9:10 p.m. on S.R. 417 north at Lee Vista Boulevard.
The FHP said the woman was operating a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja when she lost control of the bike and struck a guardrail.
The woman was thrown from the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to an FHP crash report.
