Oviedo man, 22, killed when car turns into path of his motorcycle on SR-434, FHP says.

19-year-old Oviedo man uninjured in wreck near Park Road

A 22-year-old Oviedo man was killed late Wednesday when he crashed into a car that turned into his path on State Road 434, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The fatal wreck happened around 10:50 p.m. on S.R. 434 at Park Road.

The FHP said a 19-year-old Oviedo man was driving a 2024 Kia Forte south on S.R. 434 and made a left turn into the direct path of the motorcyclist, which struck the car.

The motorcyclist was taken to Oviedo Medical Center and was pronounced dead, according to an FHP crash report.

The driver of the Kia was not injured and remained at the scene, troopers said.

The crash remains under investigation.

No other details have been released.
