Palm Bay man killed in motorcycle crash

A motorcyclist was killed in a vehicle crash Wednesday morning, Melbourne Police said.

MPD said 40-year-old JRG was hit by a passenger vehicle on S. Harbor City Blvd.

G hit the passenger vehicle after it pulled out of a parking lot in front of him, police said, leaving him unresponsive.

Brevard County Fire Rescue attempted life-saving measures, but G died after being transported to a local hospital, police said.

The passengers in the car were treated for minor injuries, police said.

MPD are investigating this crash as a traffic homicide investigation. Police ask you to call Officer Costello at (321) 616-6027 if you have any information.
