A pedestrian was killed while walking on Highway 79 Thursday morning.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the 32-year-old Panama City man was struck near the foot of the West Bay Bridge by a truck. The driver of the truck, a 40-year-old Panama City Beach man was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
