Panama City Police investigating after a pedestrian was hit.

Panama City Police are sorting out the details of a traffic incident that sent one man to the hospital.

It happened at about 8 p.m. on Monday at the intersection of 15th Street and Harrison Avenue. Police officers said the man was crossing 15th Street when a car hit him.

It’s unclear at this point if he was in the crosswalk or not. Paramedics took him to Ascension Sacred Heart Bay with what was described as non-life-threatening injuries. The driver was not hurt.

The incident is still under investigation.
