Panama City Police working crash involving bicyclist and SUV on 15th Street

UPDATE: According to Panama City Police, the crash on 15th Street near Balboa Avenue involved a bicyclist and an SUV.

Officers said the bicyclist was a 50-year-old male and was riding in the bike lane at the time of the accident.

Law enforcement was not able to give the status of the bicyclist at this time, but said he was taken to Acension Scared Heart Hospital.

Police also said they did interview the driver of the SUV.

This is a developing story and we will update it when more information is provided.

Panama City Police are on the scene of a crash on 15th Street, near Balboa Avenue.

Right now, the Westbound outside lane is blocked to traffic.
