A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Downtown Pensacola on Friday evening.
Pensacola Police say the incident happened in the middle of the Grand Fiesta Parade route on Palafox and Garden streets.
The victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
“We believe our investigation will be completed by the time the parade begins,” police say.
