A person is dead after being hit and killed in Orlando on Monday morning, according to police.
The crash happened shortly before 7 a.m. at the 1700 block of West Colonial Drive.
Police said the pedestrian was trying to cross the road when they were hit.
They were taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation.
