A person was struck and killed by a train on Monday, the West Palm Beach Police Department says.
Police say at about 6:20 p.m., officers responded to Pinewood Avenue after receiving reports about a train and pedestrian incident along the tracks.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a dead person, police say.
At this time, the incident is under investigation.
