A pile-up crash on the northbound Florida Turnpike is causing a 4-mile traffic jam in Greenacres.
The crash occurred just before Mile Marker 91 and at 1:30 p.m. and has caused traffic to back up to Mile Marker 87.
The left lane of the turnpike, which is already narrowed due to construction, is blocked according to Florida 511.
A photo submitted to CBS12 shows an SUV rear-ended by a passenger van.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is on scene and it is unclear if there are any injuries at this time.
