Tampa Fire Rescue crews battled a blaze at a daycare on Tuesday night.
Crews said they responded to a reported structure fire near East Hillsborough Avenue and North 40th Street around 11:40 p.m.
When crews arrived, they found playground equipment on fire at the Academy of Tampa Kids Corner on North 40th Street.
Firefighters said they were able to control and extinguish the flames in about five minutes.
The fire was confined to the playground. No one was hurt.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
