Police: 2 men arrested after gunshots exchanged during argument in Pensacola

Two men were arrested following a shots fired incident early Friday morning in Pensacola.

Dylan Smith-Rohde, 24, is charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and aggravated battery.

Zachary Smith-Rohde, 24, is charged with aggravated battery and resisting arrest.

The incident happened around 2:45 a.m. on Cervantes Street near 7th Avenue.

According to police, an argument took place before gunshots were exchanged. No one was hit by a bullet, although one person sustained injuries from another item.

Police did not release any further details at this time.

An investigation is ongoing.

Both men are being held in Escambia County Jail without bond.
