Police in Ocala are investigating after one person was stabbed early Thursday morning.
The Ocala Police Department told WESH 2 News that an altercation broke out in Downtown Square after bars closed for the night. They do not know what started the altercation.
Police say one person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries consistent with a stabbing.
Investigators also say multiple people were involved, but no arrests have been made yet. The investigation is still in its early stages.
