Police respond to West Palm Beach altercation, find 2 victims with stab wounds

 Early Wednesday morning, police officers responded to a fight in West Palm Beach to find two homeless people with stab wounds.

The West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) said that officers responded to the fight in the 900 block of Banyan Boulevard around 7:45 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers reported finding two unhoused persons suffering from stab wounds.

WPBPD said that both victims were transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

The investigation is still ongoing, and authorities said they are working to gather more information.
