A 30-year-old Bradford County woman died early Sunday morning after her ATV and another vehicle were involved in a crash in Putnam County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said the ATV and the other involved car were heading east on State Road 100 when the car’s front right crashed into the ATV after midnight near State Road 26.
The ATV’s passenger, a 30-year-old man, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, troopers said.
The person who was driving the other involved vehicle was not injured in the incident.
It is unknown at this time if the ATV’s driver and passenger were wearing helmets, FHP said.
