A residential fire was reported in the Warrington area Wednesday evening.

Several people called in about the fire at a residence in the 800 block of Lakewood Road.

The fire broke out at around 6:45 p.m. Escambia County Fire Rescue were on scene.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.

The county says all four residents and their pets were safely evacuated. No one was injured.
