A school bus with 32 students on board was rear-ended by a car along Veterans Parkway at Chiquita Boulevard in Cape Coral on Tuesday afternoon.

Florida Department of Transportation traffic cameras showed a bus and a car involved in a crash, delaying traffic.

According to the School District of Lee County, the school bus carrying 32 students was rear-ended by a car, which started smoking.

All 32 students on board were safely evacuated, and no injuries to the bus driver or the students were reported, SDLC said.

The occupants of the car that rear-ended the bus are also not injured, according to the Cape Coral Police Department.
