Sarasota County Sheriffs say two vehicles drove off after a shooting took place near Turner and Church St. in Nokomis.
According to deputies the vehicles involved are a black BMW and a green Chevy Bronco.
Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Section is actively investigating this incident and may provide further information in the future.
Sarasota County Sheriffs have identified a person of interest, but they are not currently in custody at this time.
