Sheriff identifies vehicle involved in fatal hit-and-run crash

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has identified a driver and vehicle that is believed to be involved in a fatal hit and run.

The sheriff identified the vehicle that killed the 60-year-old Robert Elsmore as a 2000 Honda Odyssey.

Elsmore was pushing a wheelchair near the center of the roadway in the area of the 6000 block of Old Congress Avenue Saturday morning when he was hit.
