South Trail firefighters extinguished two garbage truck fires Saturday morning.

According to South Trail Fire District, firefighters were called out to the Waste Pro building on Rickenbacker Parkway to extinguish two garbage trucks that caught fire.

Firefighters say the rear garbage containers of the trucks were full at the time, which added to the challenge.

The cause of the fire is undetermined, and both fires have been extinguished.
