(PER CURIAM.) State Farm Fire and Casualty Company’s Petition For Writ of Certiorari is Granted. See USAA Casualty Ins. Co. v. The Imaging Center of Palm Beach17 Fla. L. Weekly Supp. 1086(a) (Fla. 15th Cir. Ct. 2010). The November 2, 2009 Order on Defendant’s Objection to the Notice of Taking Deposition Duces Tecum and Motion for Protective Order as to the Location is quashed, and the matter remanded for entry of an order requiring the adjusters’ depositions to be taken in the county of their residence or employment. Respondent’s Motion for Appellate Attorneys’ Fees is denied. (COX, HOY, and MAASS, JJ., concur.)
