Student among 3 injured in school bus crash with dump truck along Alico Road

Three people, including a student, were injured in a school bus crash near Michael G. Rippe Parkway on Alico Road Monday afternoon.

According to the Lee County School District, the student, bus driver, and a bus attendant were all transported to the hospital after a dump truck crashed into the rear of the school bus.

The severity of their injuries has not been released at this time.
